KCB-55高粘度齒輪油泵概述與用途

  KCB、2CY型齒輪式輸油泵適用于輸送不含固體顆粒和纖維，如原油、柴油、潤滑油、動植物油等。配用銅齒輪可輸送低閃點液體，如汽油、苯等。無腐蝕性、溫度不高于70℃，粘度為5～1500cst的潤滑油或其它性質(zhì)類似的液體。如需要高溫，本公司可以配備用耐高溫材料即可。

    泵內(nèi)有設(shè)計合理的泄油和回油槽，使齒輪在工作中承受的扭矩力zui小，因此軸承負(fù)荷小，磨損小，泵效率高。
    該泵設(shè)有安全閥起過載保護(hù)作用。但本安全閥不能作減壓閥長期工作，需要時可在管路上另行安裝。

KCB/2CY型齒輪油泵使用注意事項 
1、安裝
a. 安裝前應(yīng)檢查泵在運輸中是否受到損壞，如電機(jī)是否受潮、泵進(jìn)出口的防塵蓋是否損壞而使污物進(jìn)入泵腔內(nèi)部等。
b. 安裝管道前應(yīng)先對管道內(nèi)壁用清水或蒸氣清洗干凈。安裝時應(yīng)避免使管道的重量由泵來承擔(dān)，以免影響泵的精度及壽命。
c. 油泵應(yīng)盡量靠近油池；管道各聯(lián)接部位不得漏氣、漏液，否則會發(fā)生吸不上液體的現(xiàn)象。
d. 為防止顆粒雜盾等污物進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)，應(yīng)在吸入口安裝金屬過濾網(wǎng)，過濾精度為30目/in，過濾面積應(yīng)大于進(jìn)油管橫截面積三倍以上。
e. 進(jìn)出口管路建議安裝真空表及壓力表，以便監(jiān)視泵的工作狀態(tài)。
f. 當(dāng)油池較深、吸油管路較長或介質(zhì)粘度較高而造成真空度過高時，可將進(jìn)油管加粗一擋。吸油管路較長時還應(yīng)安裝底閥。
2、工作前的檢查
a. 泵的各緊固件是否牢固。
b. 主動軸轉(zhuǎn)動是否輕重均勻*。
c. 進(jìn)出管道的閥門是否打開。
d. 泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合要求。
e. 初次使用前應(yīng)向泵內(nèi)注入適量介質(zhì)。
3、工作時的維護(hù)
a. 注意泵的壓力表及真空表的讀數(shù)應(yīng)符合該泵所規(guī)定的技術(shù)規(guī)范以內(nèi)。
b. 當(dāng)泵在運轉(zhuǎn)中有不正常的噪音或溫升過高時，應(yīng)立即停泵檢查。
c.  一般情況下，不得任意調(diào)整安全閥，如需調(diào)整時，要用儀器校正。使安全閥的截止壓力為泵
d. 額定壓力的1.5-2倍。4、泵的停止
a. 切斷電源。
b. 關(guān)閉進(jìn)出管道閥門。
